We are an early stage coaching practice, working with young individuals who are looking to develop the leadership capabilities as well as professional success and life fulfilment.

We have a large roster of certified leadership coaches internationally who we partner with.


Vision

GenY & GenZ fellows are going to face the biggest challenges of human history. They will have to deal with climate changes, new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Robots and IoT. We believe that Early Life Coaching is the best way to make the them ready for this new era.

Our coaching method is based on Laura Whitworth’s Co-Active coaching approach. We use the four cornerstones to design a specific alliance with our clients. This help our clients to access a more fulfilling, balanced and processed life.
